Bella Tori at the Mansion is pleased to announce the addition of Chef William Carr IV, joining the Bella Tori staff in 2017. Chef Carr brings extensive food knowledge having worked in fine dining throughout the Tri County area. His signature style of using fresh, seasonal ingredients lends a creativity to the menu that we’re sure you’ll enjoy. Chef Carr lives in Bucks County with his wife and 3 children.
